What time is it?
Workout TIME!
Come join us, Me, Cam Cam and my squeaky squad for an hour every Wednesdays.
We educate the children on how regular physical activity helps build and maintain strong, healthy muscles, bones and joints.
Helping them to become aware of their coordination and mobility, aware of their capabilities with movement, setting goals, team building, attitude choice, reflection and problem solving.
We also encourage our squad to be responsible for their personal health in relation to food and digestion. As well as how excerise improves the quantity and quality of sleep.
These are all important tools for the importance of personal and physical development.
